This is a comment, not part of the wiki text. It can be used to discuss page content. To edit the wiki content itself, use 'Edit this page' or the small 'Edit' buttons beside the main text.

I am posting notes from the Executive Board Meeting as a reminder of what we have already done and thought about for the 2010 annual meeting our 50th anniversary. __Past Celebrations__: 30th New Port Beach - banquet and reception, invited past presidents, harpist for entertainment 40th - location?, Mardi Gras, former presidents shared our past __Location:__ Look for cities that have airline hubs - concern for easy access & cost of travel. We would also like someplace that is warm in February. Richard will check into cities like Little Rock, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Sante Fe. __Ideas & Discussion:__ 1.Do we want to have year long activities or just focus on the conference time? 2.Push membership by contacting committee colleges, use some of senior members for speakers, special invitation to past presidents and life members. 3.Formal banquet 4.Handout a save the date/favor at the 2009 meeting w/BOHS.

Thanks, Diane. Brian has added an RSS feed, but I'm not sure what that is. I asked him if he could change the site so that an automatic notice would go out when something new had been added (to all registered users). I'll find out more. Dorothy

I'm experimenting with using RSS.
